Power Rankings

Brisbane takes Phoenix in deciding game

Deron Williams - Brisbane Throwdown    Brisbane started off good, but didn't exactly light it up the second half of the season, but they certainly excelled after the playoffs started and are going home with a trophy after taking down Phoenix by 10 points in game 7 of the FBF Finals.

PG Deron Williams led the Wizapins with 39 Pts/G as the team's only consistent scorer throughout the series, and after losing SF Parsons with an injury in game 4.

Stephen Curry - Phoenix Fusion        The series would have definately been more of a challenge with a healthy LeBron, as the Fusion's leading scorer through game 4 matched Williams averaging 39 Pts/G.

The Throwdown outscored the Fusion by a total of only two points in the seven games, as each team had their share of big games in the back and forth series.

The off-season now begins and the NBA Playoffs tip off Saturday... Next on tap in the FBF is the Draft Lottery show, set for Tuesday May 21st, followed by the NBA Draft on Thursday June 27th.
