As you are all probably aware, the Draft "Time Limits" policy
has changed, we will now use a Draft Pick Time Chart to pre-
determine everyone's draft time. Each pick will be given a
three hour window.

We will start using it for the Free Agent Draft:

The Rules will be updated after the Draft to reflect the new
procedure that everyone should have received in their email
as well.
